• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Table parties are prohibited at all times on all days.
• All guests, including all adults, must sign a waiver before entering, even if they are are not playing.
• With the exception of infant formula and baby food, no outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed in the playcenter.
• Customers are not permitted to bring ice cream or ice cream cakes into the playcenter at any time.
• Shoes are not allowed in the play areas. Socks must be worn at all times, by all guests, regardless of age. If you have a child or a guest that requires accommodation, please let us know!
• Outside performers (e.g., costumed characters, magicians, balloon artists, face painters, etc.) are not permitted in the playcenter. This includes any parent, relative, or friend of the family acting in the role of a performer during a party or public event.
• Outside event planners or decorators retained by a customer are not permitted inside the playcenter. This includes any parent, relative, or friend of the family acting in the role of a professional event planner or decorator whether that person is being compensated by the customer or not.
• Photographers or videographers retained by a customer are not permitted in the playcenter. This includes any parent, relative, or friend of the family acting in the role of a professional photographer or videographer whether that person is being compensated by the customer or not.
• Customers are not allowed to bring compressed air, helium, or any other compressed gas tanks into the playcenter.
• Parents, guardians, and/or caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• The use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within the playcenter and within 100 feet of any entrance to the playcenter.
• The use of marijuana for medical or recreational purposes, even if permitted by state law, regulation or ordinance, is prohibited within the playcenter and within 100 feet of any entrance to the playcenter.
• The consumption of alcoholic beverages, of any type, are prohibited within the playcenter.
• The use of illicit or un-prescribed drugs, controlled substances and mood or mind-altering substances, including all forms of naturally occurring and synthetic drugs, is prohibited in the playcenter
• Possession of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons is prohibited in the playcenter.
• Kanga’s Indoor Playcenter is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• We do not accept bills larger than $20.
